Doctoral Dissertation Research on CCPM

Posted By Donald E. Humpert USMC (Ret), Monday, October 31, 2016
Colleagues,

In addition to being a TOC professional, I am a doctoral student at the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies working toward a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology.  The goal of my doctoral dissertation research is to contribute to knowledge about stress, job motivation, commitment, and supervisor-member relationships it relates to project management and the CCPM method.

I am seeking project managers and task managers in companies based in the United States who have been trained in CCPM and who are currently executing a CCPM project to participate in my study.  Participation will involve completing an online survey that will require between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.  There are no risks in completing the study—participation is completely voluntary, and the identities of participants will be kept completely confidential.  The only benefit from participating in the study will be the satisfaction of contributing to scholarly knowledge.  I expect to be collecting data through November 2016 and expect to complete this study in January or February 2017.

I would be grateful if you could forward the link below to potential participants that you know and invite them to support this research.  The link leads to an informed consent page; after providing their informed consent, participants will be able to complete the survey.

Thank you for your support!

Kind regards,

Don Humpert
